I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED MAP 2012 Challenge and I'll be keeping a record of all that happens day to day for 30 days.
I decided to join the challenge to try and lose a few pounds after Christmas and to gain confidence in my body, I want to improve my strength and fitness as well.. Also I want to get back into and improve my healthy habits that had fallen by the wayside over Christmas.
So here goes on the 30 MAP 2012 Challenge
