It is all going well waving, Missing fruit a bit but not too much as I am feeling really satisfied with the food I am eating.
Breakfast today Omelette with greens.
Lunch was on the go today so I had sliced chicken with sugar snap peas and mange tout, with some cashews.
Power circuit done first thing.
Pyramid done when I returned home this afternoon around three. Found it really difficult today, but I think it was my own fault because I went to Body pump class today and pushed myself quite a bit. Still made it up and back down but definitely a little slower than yesterday, especially on the lunges (aawww).

This also felt harder today, probably over did it a little.
Dinner this evening is garlic butter chicken with green beans, really looking forward to this one, I will let you know how it is tomorrow.
Hopefully to bed early tonight and ready for day 9.
