Day 10

Hey everyone,

I was really looking forward to today to add in the fruits again, started my day with fruit for breakfast and tulsi tea.
Meltdown completed, this felt quite difficult today, although most density seem to be up slightly.
push-up/squat: 68/77
shoulder/step back: 95/59
spider/step thru: 49/58
curl+press/squat:62/77

ICP done didn't re-test like I said I would but did 5 rounds instead. Tomorrow for the re-test.

Lunch was sea food stirfry and for dinner chicken with greens. Also been snacking on a few clementines in between. It was nice to introduce some fruit again just for a something sweet.

Spent some time today finding the recipe for Almond bread on Alana's Pantry website today, The bread looks good can't wait to have some tomorrow.

Can't believe it is day 10 already, third of the way through and it I still feel this is something I can commit to, not just thirty days but for longer, I am glad I found this.
