Day 2

Started the day with meltdown
Densities
Push-up/squat:36/48
shoulder press/step back:55/38
spider/step through:30/39
curl-press/squat:30/52
really trying to watch technique.
Having fresh fruit for breakfast this morning then off for cardio.
Returned from the gym, spoke with trainer there to check I am doing push up correctly, just need to watch I don't raise chest without hips when I am getting fatigued. 
Lunch smoked salmon with mixed salad.

squats-40
spiderman-25
russian twist-31
shoulder press-50
timed set-3 mins 25secs
Power circuit done.
Dinner was salmon with vegetable thai style curry.
Off to bed at eight with the worst headache and nausea ever.
