Everything seems to be getting easier today.
The food is fine for breakfast Omelette and herbal tea with an apple
Lunch Chicken and avocado salad
Dinner mackerel with broccoli, asparagus and cauliflour.
Meltdown done around 10 this morning and my density has improved a lot. I think having my two year old entertained by daddy made this easier than when it is just me.
Meltdown density
push-up/squat: 58/64
shoulder press/step back: 62/52
spider/step thru: 40/54
curl+press/squat: 40/67
Definitely getting better at these but those spiders are difficult.
ICP done around 5 this evening my time is improving 2mins 59 for my best round.
Power circuit still to come, then to bed around ten.
