Feeling great about the diet and exercises today, I have even managed to get up on to my toes whilst doing push-ups, well for eight of them at least.
Density on Meltdown were slightly down today, I think maybe as a result of doing full press-ups.
Density:
Push-up/squat: 52/70
shoulder press/step back: 76/49
spider/step thru: 41/53
curl+press/squat:51/69
ICP also done and this time another improvement on my time, best 2min 29, those spiders are getting a bit easier although still one of the toughest exercises I have done.
Power circuit done at eight thirty tonight.
Food today: for breakfast egg and asparagus with mint tea and water.
Lunch: chicken breast with pumpkin soup, this was great today and really satisfying and good for a cold day.
Dinner: Salmon fillet with green beans and onions.
I am feeling so good at the moment and looking forward to the changes coming in the next few days.
Can't wait to see how my body reacts and I am looking forward to adding in the new workout.
