Today has gone well.
For breakfast I had boiled egg with asparagus.
Power circuit was good this morning, still struggle with the walkouts.
Cardio at the gym, and decided to come home and do pyramid to try and space out the workouts.
Lunch today was chicken with green salad with a light dressing.
Meltdown completed I think density is down again but I feel really fatigued today o I was not surprised.
Density:
push-up/squat: 67/80
shoulder/step back: 100/64
spider/step thru: 56/65
curl+press/squat: 57/82
Dinner this evening was mackerel with spicy cauliflower rice.
Off to bed now because I am exhausted.
want to be bright for tomorrow and the body weight workout.
