Breakfast was an Omelette with broccoli and cauliflour from yesterday, surprisingly tasty and very filling.
Lunch Chicken salad with some toasted pine nuts.
Dinner was a beef chilli on top of a slice of roasted pumpkin, very good and satisfying.
Meltdown done at 10 this morning a bit of a late start today but it is Sunday. I seem to be able to do more now so I guess I must be getting stronger. The spidermans are still quite tough but I am learning to love them.

Cardio was a brisk walk today down to the farmers market to buy a pumpkin for dinner.
ICP done my time is a little better again at 2 min 53. Did 4 rounds today.
Just power circuit to go and then off to bed early.
Can't wait for tomorrow, I am feeling so good at the moment and in just a few short days I am feeling more healthy and stronger than before. I haven't measured or weighed yet, think I should wait until Wednesday so it is end of week results, but my clothes are definitely feeling a bit looser than before. YAY!!!
