Day 19

Started the day full of anxiety regarding the fast that I was to embark on. It began last night at 19.45 and ended today at 19.45.
Breakfast was nothing but Mint tea.
Lunch- some more mint tea
Dinner was a fillet steak with mixed greens ( sprouts, kale, mange tout and sugar snap peas sautéed with onion). It was delicious and all the better for waiting 24 hours for.
I was surprised how easy I found the fast, I didn't really feel any hunger until around five o'clock in the evening and then it was just the same as if I was waiting to have my dinner usually. You do seem to have more time to do other things and as long as I kept busy it was never that bad.

Exercises definitely kept me busy today the new body weight workout was really hard, I managed to  complete 8 reps, 4 sets for each exercise but this was tough and some were far from perfect; the dive bomber I had trouble coming out of that and the roll out squat was very funny to my boyfriend and two year old. But still managed to complete them all and I am certain that they will get better and more easy like the other exercises.
ICP completed, I retested and managed to raise all my reps, still got the set done in 2.27 minutes.
DBmatrix completed too, this one is getting a bit easier and I have found I am more confident with the leg overs now and can reach my feet back further, this seems quite small but it all adds up just like doing full push-ups now.

Just having another mint tea and then will be going to bed early.
