Hey,
Well today had a headache for the first time since the toxic dump hangover. I carried on with MM2 and BWW and decided to drink lots of water today to help with the headache.
Breakfast was grapefruit and boiled egg with asparagus.
Had some nuts as a snack with a tangerine and dinner this evening was Chicken casserole. Very nice.
ICP done used heavier weights today so time went up to 2mins 49
DB matrix done before dinner, I think I love this one, and I am much more stable on those leg overs now, I used to hate my legs over my head but now I can control it really well it feels great.
Only 2 days left now definitely want to continue with this just have to set up paypal to get on to reboot after.
I am so passionate about finishing as strong as when I started this and continuing into the new year with all the positive nutrition and exercise strategies I have learned.

Day 26
Missed posting yesterday, but all went well We were just busy and out of the house with family.
Today Breakfast was Mango and yoghurt, then boiled egg with sardine. I am trying to just eat twice a day now so had a little more than I usually would for breakfast.
BWW done, I haven't tried the variation yet, as I find the current ones a major challenge but I will definitely have a go on Tueday.
ICP done 4 rounds, 2.23minutes quickest time.
Meltdown done. Again I haven't tried the variations yet but I will do.
Lunch was just a Clementine, and then dinner was home made beef burgers with salad.
Just having a cup of mint tea now and then off to bed.
Just the final few days now and I want to finish strong so full steam ahead to that finish line.

Day 24
Wow day 24 done and dusted.
Had a busy day today, started first thing with breakfast of eggs and almond bread, then rushed off to the gym for a cardio session.
Came back around one for lunch of chicken and stir fry sugar snap peas.
Around 2.30 got power circuit done, I know a bit late in the day but didn't have time this morning before I left the house.
Pyramid done around 4 pm made it right the way through, I love this one.
Dinner was Roast chicken with broccoli and cauliflower. Bit too much chicken today, so I will definitely mix it up a bit tomorrow.
Meltdown done today around 7 pm all densities down a bit today I was feeling quite tired this evening, so this impacted the sets.

curl + press/squat: 97/61

Day 23
Breakfast today: mint tea
Lunch: mint tea
Dinner: chicken with greens in spicy sauce. This was so good after the fast, I have felt more hungry today than on Sunday, but I am committed to complete this challenge knowing I have stuck to the plan to the best of my ability.
BWW done this morning, I have to say I am scared of this workout, I find it really difficult but I can feel that it is a work in progress and will get better over time. The dive-bomber I find really hard to pull back from and the roll out squat is hard still haven't managed to get to my feet but I am getting closer.
Went to the gym today to do Body pump and Body balance, I am glad I did because it took my mind off my stomach and then afterwards I never feel like eating too much so that really helped.
Came back home for mint tea lunch and then did ICP 4 rounds my nest time was 2.23.
DB matrix done just before dinner, I really like this one, but think I should add more weight again to my barbell to move out of my comfort zone a bit.
Dinner was great this evening, I love the first meal after the fast, it's amazing how much you appreciate your evening meal.

Day 22
Measurements day today all stayed the same today except eight inches above the knee went down by 1/2 inch.
Weight down 2 lbs, in total 6 lbs since the beginning but I am definitely feeling fitter and seeing more tone in my arms and legs.
Breakfast this morning was fruit and yoghurt, I love carb day, fruit never tasted sooo good.
PC done first thing, this one is my least favourite.
Lunch, I had vegetable soup and chicken and for dinner Beef casserole with greens, all ready for my fast now.
Pyramid done mid afternoon and the meltdown done early evening.

Day 21
Today has been manic, breakfast this morning was omelette with slice of chicken.
BWW done and it is sooooo hard technique is not there yet, but it is a work in progress.
Took my daughter to music class and ballet then rushed back home for lunch, left over spicy rice with chicken.
Quick stop and ICP done only 2 rounds though as had to rush out again to take the little one to the theatre to see peppa pig.
Back home, then went to gym for cardio class, then back home for turkey and mange tout curry.
Very good curry, but I am now too exhausted to do DB matrix.
Will definitely be back to all workouts tomorrow, because I feel amazing when I do all the workouts and eat well too.

Today has gone well.

Cardio at the gym, and decided to come home and do pyramid to try and space out the workouts.
Lunch today was chicken with green salad with a light dressing.
Meltdown completed I think density is down again but I feel really fatigued today o I was not surprised.

Day 19
Started the day full of anxiety regarding the fast that I was to embark on. It began last night at 19.45 and ended today at 19.45.
Breakfast was nothing but Mint tea.
Lunch- some more mint tea
Dinner was a fillet steak with mixed greens ( sprouts, kale, mange tout and sugar snap peas sautéed with onion). It was delicious and all the better for waiting 24 hours for.
I was surprised how easy I found the fast, I didn't really feel any hunger until around five o'clock in the evening and then it was just the same as if I was waiting to have my dinner usually. You do seem to have more time to do other things and as long as I kept busy it was never that bad.

Exercises definitely kept me busy today the new body weight workout was really hard, I managed to complete 8 reps, 4 sets for each exercise but this was tough and some were far from perfect; the dive bomber I had trouble coming out of that and the roll out squat was very funny to my boyfriend and two year old. But still managed to complete them all and I am certain that they will get better and more easy like the other exercises.
ICP completed, I retested and managed to raise all my reps, still got the set done in 2.27 minutes.
DBmatrix completed too, this one is getting a bit easier and I have found I am more confident with the leg overs now and can reach my feet back further, this seems quite small but it all adds up just like doing full push-ups now.
Just having another mint tea and then will be going to bed early.

Didn't manage to post yesterday but all went well, was just really busy with my family.

Day 17
Today started really well, for breakfast I had slice of chicken with avocado on almond bread. I was out for quite a long time this morning so chose something filling.
DB matrix done first thing this morning, then straight off to the gym for cardio.
Power circuit done this afternoon, the walkouts are tough, I have to do them slowly to make sure I keep good form, I am on 60 and thirty, have I been adding enough on (I hope so because they are all tough at the moment).
Lunch was the other half of avocado with chicken salad, I've had a few nuts as a snack and lots of Tulsi tea today.
Only pyramid left now which I will do in a minute.
For dinner this evening I have mackerel with dirty rice (cauli rice) found the recipe on Elanas pantry website and adapted it to be ED friendly, looks good and should taste good too.
Hopefully early to bed for me tonight, have a great evening and good luck for day 17.

Pyramid done, I only just managed to do one round today because I have increased my weights and am taking a bit slower to make sure I don't compromise form for speed.
Went off to the gym for some cardio work and then back home for lunch.
Prawn salad with a sprinkling of seeds.
Did meltdown today after lunch, again the density is down a bit but higher weights so I hope to be looking to improve on these over the next few days

Day 15
Wow,
What a difference a day makes.
I feel far more positive today, I think my change of attitude has made a big difference.
ICP was amazing today I managed 5 rounds.
DB circuit completed and managed 4 rounds, I really love this circuit especially the lunges.
Food today has been Omelette for breakfast,
Lunch chicken and greens, and dinner is boiled chicken with cauliflower rice( my first attempt)
A bit too much chicken today but will have a go at mixing stuff up a bit tomorrow.
Can't believe we are half way through, already.
Will get my measurements together and post them soon.

Had a bit of a slip up today, and didn't manage to fit exercise in to my day. I feel sooo disappointed in myself, but took a look at the self sabotage discussion and decided to take action and to ensure I do ALL the exercise and give my very best.

Day 13
hey all,
I have been very busy today so have only just managed to blog now.
Breakfast this morning was a bit of a rush of almond toast and seed butter.
Meltdown done first thing density up slightly on yesterday, amazing what a good night sleep does for you.
Density:
Push-up/squat: 66/85
shoulder press/step back: 97/56
spider/step thru: 50/60
curl+press/squat: 59/81
Lunch was warm chicken salad, needed some warm food today as it is freezing here in London.
ICP done today, 4 rounds.
Dinner of trout and greens.
Db matrix finished , 4 rounds in under twenty minutes, I think I will increase the weight I use next time to make it tougher. It's tough anyway but think I should move out of my comfort zone more and give my very best.

Day 12
WOW today started off with a bang, DB matrix completed, very tough but nice to add a new exercise group to the workout list.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs with almond toast.
Power circuit done just before lunch, oooo those walk outs are killers I struggle through to the end of those, I can really feel that they work all areas of my body.
Lunch was left over stir fry with chicken.
Finished Pyramid, thought I was going to slow at first but managed to have enough time to climb to level three on the following round.
Dinner homemade burger with greens
Now just time for a cup of herbal tea and then off to bed.
Feeling so good at the moment but did have a moment in my head today thinking "having a piece of chocolate wouldn't hurt", Luckily after reading the "overcoming the voice" I had a good think about it and looked at the bigger picture and the success I can achieve . Feel great about having control over this.

Day 11
Hi all,
Started off well today and completed the Pyramid, I am starting to really enjoy this one, although it's tough i love that you don't have time to stop and think, just 20 minutes straight.
Breakfast after that was scrambled egg and Almond toast. (so good for no carb day).
Lunch was sardines with green salad, and then off to gym for cardio, and body pump class.
I have definitely put myself through the paces today with pump and meltdown and ICP too.
Density was a bit of a mixed bag today, some improvements, some the same and some down a bit. I think I have done quite a few extra squats, lunges, press-ups etc that it has had a knock on effect.

Day 9
Hey everyone,
All is going well today, ICP done first thing and shaved five seconds off my time again. Think I will retest tomorrow, just to make sure I am doing my best as I feel like I have much more stamina and strength. That seems completely unbelievable in only 9 days, but here we are feeling stronger than ever.
Omelette for breakfast, then I went out to the gym for cardio.
Prawn salad for lunch and I have snacked on cashews and seeds in between.
PC done, really tough especially the last exercise. Will complete pyramid later.
Dinner tonight is mackerel with cabbage and broccoli.
I am seeing a lot more tone in my arms now, I am amazed at this, when I have been trying to do this for ages, all I needed was this program.
Looking forward to some carbs tomorrow, I have been missing fruit a bit, but I will go easy and see how I go.
Will go to bed around 10.30 tonight, I am sleeping soooo well at the moment, although I am really tired when I go to bed, as soon as my head hits the pillow I am asleep. Caffeine out of my system is really paying off.

Day 8
It is all going well waving, Missing fruit a bit but not too much as I am feeling really satisfied with the food I am eating.
Breakfast today Omelette with greens.
Lunch was on the go today so I had sliced chicken with sugar snap peas and mange tout, with some cashews.
Power circuit done first thing.
Pyramid done when I returned home this afternoon around three. Found it really difficult today, but I think it was my own fault because I went to Body pump class today and pushed myself quite a bit. Still made it up and back down but definitely a little slower than yesterday, especially on the lunges (aawww).
Meltdown done

curl+press/squat: 55/68
This also felt harder today, probably over did it a little.
Dinner this evening is garlic butter chicken with green beans, really looking forward to this one, I will let you know how it is tomorrow.

I was a bit worried about today and the food but all seems to be going well.
In a bit of a rush this morning so just a boiled egg on the way out of the door.
Pyramid done and although I made it up and back down it was tough and was sweating for ages after.
Lunch was chicken salad (I really need to broaden my horizons with lunch).

Day 6
Hey everyone,
Feeling great about the diet and exercises today, I have even managed to get up on to my toes whilst doing push-ups, well for eight of them at least.
Density on Meltdown were slightly down today, I think maybe as a result of doing full press-ups.
Density:
Push-up/squat: 52/70
shoulder press/step back: 76/49
spider/step thru: 41/53
curl+press/squat:51/69
ICP also done and this time another improvement on my time, best 2min 29, those spiders are getting a bit easier although still one of the toughest exercises I have done.
Power circuit done at eight thirty tonight.
Food today: for breakfast egg and asparagus with mint tea and water.
Lunch: chicken breast with pumpkin soup, this was great today and really satisfying and good for a cold day.
Dinner: Salmon fillet with green beans and onions.
I am feeling so good at the moment and looking forward to the changes coming in the next few days.
Can't wait to see how my body reacts and I am looking forward to adding in the new workout.

Day 5
Off to a great start today. I am feeling so good at the moment and have so much energy.
Breakfast was an Omelette with broccoli and cauliflour from yesterday, surprisingly tasty and very filling.
Lunch Chicken salad with some toasted pine nuts.
Dinner was a beef chilli on top of a slice of roasted pumpkin, very good and satisfying.
Meltdown done at 10 this morning a bit of a late start today but it is Sunday. I seem to be able to do more now so I guess I must be getting stronger. The spidermans are still quite tough but I am learning to love them.

Cardio was a brisk walk today down to the farmers market to buy a pumpkin for dinner.
ICP done my time is a little better again at 2 min 53. Did 4 rounds today.

Can't wait for tomorrow, I am feeling so good at the moment and in just a few short days I am feeling more healthy and stronger than before. I haven't measured or weighed yet, think I should wait until Wednesday so it is end of week results, but my clothes are definitely feeling a bit looser than before. YAY!!!

Day 4
Everything seems to be getting easier today.
The food is fine for breakfast Omelette and herbal tea with an apple
Lunch Chicken and avocado salad
Dinner mackerel with broccoli, asparagus and cauliflour.
Meltdown done around 10 this morning and my density has improved a lot. I think having my two year old entertained by daddy made this easier than when it is just me.

Definitely getting better at these but those spiders are difficult.
ICP done around 5 this evening my time is improving 2mins 59 for my best round.

Hey, feeling much better today, just a little headache and feeling a bit groggy today, hope it doesn't get worse.
