Day 30

Feeling great today, at the beginning of this challenge I did have my doubts about how long I would last but now I can't wait for the reboot challenge to start so I can continue getting stronger and eating in this way.
Today I skipped breakfast just had a grapefruit, for lunch I had egg with Almond toast and salad and dinner was curried cauliflower rice with lightly smoked salmon.

BWW workout done and as it's the last day I pushed myself really hard, 10 reps for the first 2 and 8 reps for the second set.

ICP fastest time ever I think lowest time 2.11 mins

DB matrix done, I really enjoy this one and have definitely finished strong with my exercise.

Ready to continue this into the future and on to reboot challenge.

Day 28

Hey,
Well today had a headache for the first time since the toxic dump hangover. I carried on with MM2 and BWW and decided to drink lots of water today to help with the headache.
Breakfast was grapefruit and boiled egg with asparagus.
Had some nuts as a snack with a tangerine and dinner this evening was Chicken casserole. Very nice.
ICP done used heavier weights today so time went up to 2mins 49
DB matrix done before dinner, I think I love this one, and I am much more stable on those leg overs now, I used to hate my legs over my head but now I can control it really well it feels great.
Only 2 days left now definitely want to continue with this just have to set up paypal to get on to reboot after.
I am so passionate about finishing as strong as when I started this and continuing into the new year with all the positive nutrition and exercise strategies I have learned.

Day 26

Missed posting yesterday, but all went well We were just busy and out of the house with family.

Today Breakfast was Mango and yoghurt, then boiled egg with sardine. I am trying to just eat twice a day now so had a little more than I usually would for breakfast.
BWW done, I haven't tried the variation yet, as I find the current ones a major challenge but I will definitely have a go on Tueday.
ICP done 4 rounds, 2.23minutes quickest time.
Meltdown done. Again I haven't tried the variations yet but I will do.
Lunch was just a Clementine, and then dinner was home made beef burgers with salad.
Just having a cup of mint tea now and then off to bed.

Just the final few days now and I want to finish strong so full steam ahead to that finish line.

Day 24

Wow day 24 done and dusted.
Had a busy day today, started first thing with breakfast of eggs and almond bread, then rushed off to the gym for a cardio session.
Came back around one for lunch of chicken and stir fry sugar snap peas.
Around 2.30 got power circuit done, I know  a bit late in the day but didn't have time this morning before I left the house.
Pyramid done around 4 pm made it right the way through, I love this one.
Dinner was Roast chicken with broccoli and cauliflower. Bit too much chicken today, so I will definitely mix it up a bit tomorrow.
Meltdown done today around 7 pm all densities down a bit today I was feeling quite tired this evening, so this impacted the sets.
Density:
push-up/squat: 64/81
shoulder/step back: 92/60
spider/stepthru: 53/61
curl + press/squat: 97/61

I feel great today especially when all exercises are completed and sticking to ED 3.
Roll on day 25 and that Body weight workout.

Day 23

Breakfast today: mint tea
Lunch: mint tea
Dinner: chicken with greens in spicy sauce. This was so good after the fast, I have felt more hungry today than on Sunday, but I am committed to complete this challenge knowing I have stuck to the plan to the best of my ability.

BWW done this morning, I have to say I am scared of this workout, I find it really difficult but I can feel that it is a work in progress and will get better over time. The dive-bomber I find really hard to pull back from and the roll out squat is hard still haven't managed to get to my feet but I am getting closer.

Went to the gym today to do Body pump and Body  balance, I am glad I did because it took my mind off my stomach and then afterwards I never feel like eating too much so that really helped.

Came back home for mint tea lunch and then did ICP 4 rounds my nest time was 2.23.

DB matrix done just before dinner, I really like this one, but think I should add more weight again to my barbell to move out of my comfort zone  a bit.

Dinner was great this evening, I love the first meal after the fast, it's amazing how much you appreciate your evening meal.

Can't believe day 23 has come and gone already, I think I'm going to miss MAP once it stops.

Day 22

Measurements day today all stayed the same today except eight inches above the knee went down by 1/2 inch.
Weight down 2 lbs, in total 6 lbs since the beginning but I am definitely feeling fitter and seeing more tone in my arms and legs.

Breakfast this morning was fruit and yoghurt, I love carb day, fruit never tasted sooo good.
PC done first thing, this one is my least favourite.
Lunch, I had vegetable soup and chicken and for dinner Beef casserole with greens, all ready for my fast now.
Pyramid done mid afternoon and the meltdown done early evening.

Density :
push-up/squat: 78/88
shoulder press/step back: 102/63
spider/step thru: 55/64
curl + press/squat: 59/83

Just having mint tea then off to bed.

Day 21

Today has been manic, breakfast this morning was omelette with slice of chicken.
BWW done and it is sooooo hard technique is not there yet, but it is a work in progress.
Took my daughter to music class and ballet then rushed back home for lunch, left over spicy rice with chicken.
Quick stop and ICP done only 2 rounds though as had to rush out again to take the little one to the theatre to see peppa pig.
Back home, then went to gym for cardio class, then back home for turkey and mange tout curry. 
Very good curry, but I am now too exhausted to do DB matrix. 
Will definitely be back to all workouts tomorrow, because I feel amazing when I do all the workouts and eat well too.
