I was a bit worried about today and the food but all seems to be going well.
In a bit of a rush this morning so just a boiled egg on the way out of the door.
Pyramid done and although I made it up and back down it was tough and was sweating for ages after.
Lunch was chicken salad (I really need to broaden my horizons with lunch).

Dinner this evening Thai prawn stir fry.
Cardio today is body combat class.
Bed at ten thirty, absolutely exhausted.
