Day 17

Today started really well, for breakfast I had slice of chicken with avocado on almond bread. I was out for quite a long time this morning so chose something filling.
DB matrix done first thing this morning, then straight off to the gym for cardio.
Power circuit done this afternoon, the walkouts are tough, I have to do them slowly to make sure I keep good form, I am on 60 and thirty, have I been adding enough on (I hope so because they are all tough at the moment).
Lunch was the other half of avocado with chicken salad, I've had a few nuts as a snack and lots of Tulsi tea today.
Only pyramid left now which I will do in a minute.

For dinner this evening I have mackerel with dirty rice (cauli rice) found the recipe on Elanas pantry website and adapted it to be ED friendly, looks good and should taste good too.

Hopefully early to bed for me tonight, have a great evening and good luck for day 17.
