Day 11

Hi all,

Started off well today and completed the Pyramid, I am starting to really enjoy this one, although it's tough i love that you don't have time to stop and think, just 20 minutes straight.

Breakfast after that was scrambled egg and Almond toast. (so good for no carb day).

Lunch was sardines with green salad, and then off to gym for cardio, and body pump class.

I have definitely put myself through the paces today with pump and meltdown and ICP too.

Density was a bit of a mixed bag today, some improvements, some the same and some down a bit. I think I have done quite a few extra squats, lunges, press-ups etc that it has had a knock on effect.
Density
push-up/squat: 67/77
shoulder/step back: 89/53
spider/step-thru: 47/52
curl+press/squat: 59/78

Dinner this evening salmon with stir fry.

ICP done, did not re-test again because I felt I could not give my best shot, but will definintely test next time now. I have to , to check on my improvements.

Off to bed now ready for the new exercise rotation tomorrow, very excited although it does look very tough.
Will have a think of my Why/why not list as well, although I am really focused at the moment it is great advice to keep it in check and make sure I am doing all I can and not sabotaging myself.
