Today has been really good,
For breakfast I had omelette.
Pyramid done, I only just managed to do one round today because I have increased my weights and am taking a bit slower to make sure I don't compromise form for speed.
Went off to the gym for some cardio work and then back home for lunch.
Prawn salad with a sprinkling of seeds.
Did meltdown today after lunch, again the density is down a bit but higher weights so I hope to be looking to improve on these over the next few days

shoulder press/step back- 62/54
spider/step thru- 47/58
curl+press/squat- 38/79
It was much more difficult but think I needed to do it to get the best results.
Dinner this evening is salmon and stir fry, love this dinner I will try to get a picture of it once cooked.
I am feeling great today we are over half way now, we've come this far, I know I can make it until the end.
